Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Confidence
I work for a volunteer center that handles alternative community service. My question is, without revealing names, how much information am I allowed to share with my colleagues? I was under the impression that it is alright to talk about the specifics of a case without mentioning the client's name. Am I incorrect? Where's the line?

Re: Confidence
I would be concerned about revealing enough specific information so that the person that you are talking to knows who you are talking about.
