confirming employment acceptance chrg with trespassing
Can I be charge with trespassing using a public facility to confirm offer of employment at the facility ?Previous domestic dispute July ban from property, previous 16 years employment ended in March plus student at the facility.

If you were previously banned form the property by one having the authority to do so, then, yes, if you violated the ban by coming onto the property without specific permission to do so, you could be charged with trespassing.
