Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Conspiracy, embezzelmen, forgery
My son, 25, has been arrested on 3 counts conspiracy to distribute/sell pharmacutical drugs, 1 count embezzelment and 1 count forgery.
Would like to know what his chances are to get a reduced sentence. He was caught on video. This is his first offense. How many years would he possibly be looking at?

These are all excellent questions for the criminal defense counsel who will surely be handling your son's case.
