contact after rape
if a female claims rape on a ex-boyfriend and she contacts him right before the trial begins and text messages him about her wanting him to come see her and have sex does that prove his innocence at trial?or what does it do to the commonwealths case?

Re: contact after rape
No, it certainly does not prove the accused's innocence, but such facts might prove useful for the defense during the trial of the matter.
