These drug charges were null process due to no police report and then brought back up 10 mths later so how could they have have audio on these charges

when the charge was originally nolle prossed it may be that the commonwealth did have its case together at preliminary hearing meaning they could have been missing witnesses, the drugs were not back from the lab etc. It is possible even though the charges have come back at a later date they could still have information from the buy that was supposed to have happened earlier including audio or video.
