what is the maximum penalty for having sex with a 15 year old??

Va. Code Sec. 18.2-63 defines the crime and specifies the penalties for having carnal knowledge with a child between thirteen years and fifteen years of age. There is no penalty prescribed under this particular statute for engaging in such activity if the child is over the age of fifteen.
