contributing to the delinquency

if a 31 year old male and a 17 year old female were caught by the police in a car with out clothes on, there was pot found in the car and the male had warrents for child support, what is the possible sentence for the male? and what if the female is found to be non delinquent?

Jail for the male, of course, what else? And, possibly, a twist to the wrist for the female.
