Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If you are conviced of a felony (class 6) are you allowed to leave the country? The conviction was in Virginia.

Of course, you can leave the country(and return) if you're a U.S.citizen--whether convicted or not. However, if perchance, you're not (a citizen), then you had best first consult with an attorney who's conversant with current U.S. immigration laws before you stray over the borders.
