Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
if someone is convicted of a class U felony in Va. which is (proven) distribution of cocaine or meth....possibly both..3 seperate charges...and is a second offence after 3 prior charges of felonys while on probation....sentance the first time was suspended for 9 yrs.....only had to spend 10mths in jail ...what type of time are we looking at possibly this time ...
