If you are convicted of a concealment charge and you appeal when do the charge go onto you record

Assuming you are talking about an appeal from GDC to Circuit, the appeal essentially undoes the conviction and it is simply considered a pending charge which has not been resolved yet. So if you are asked on a background check if you have ever been convicted of a charge the answer is no.
