Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was convicted of use of a firearm in commission of felony breaking an entering and attempted robbery in 1998.My question the Virginia Board Of Towing and Recovery can they deny me authorization to operate a tow truck based on a conviction almost 12 years ago ? I have a class A cdl and have authority to operate a tractor trailer in all 50 states and am under no probation at all also I have a very clean record since ?
