Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If convicted of a malicious wounding that
was not intentional,and I was not properly defended at the time, they just decided to make the charge stick, and the person whom suppose to have been ,wounded know and can say it was an accident, I feel and the person feels I was unjustly or wrongfully convicted can this charge be either expunged or removed, by a written statement from the victim who was cut accidentally

If it's a misdemeanor, possibly,(but not by a written statement from the
victim); a felony, no way, unless you were wrongfully convicted and have the evidence to prove it(sufficient for the governor to grant you a pardon). (See Va Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
