Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was convicted of a misdemeanor (petit larceny) in 3/2005 which was my first conviction and only conviction. Will I be eligible for expungement in the state of Virginia?

No, once convicted of a crime, it is not expungeable in the Commonwealth. (See
Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
