Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was convicted of petty larceny in 2003 and would like to know if expungment is an option for me. I have been trying to research how to go about it and find myself going in circles.

No, not likely in your case if you were convicted since in
order to expunge the record of such a criminal conviction in the Commonwealth, you must be able to prove that you were wrongfully convicted and as a consequence have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
