Getting conviction expundged
I plead guilty to a misdameanor for embezzlement last year and want to know if it is possible to have that removed from my record???

If you did not receive the disposition known in the Commonwealth as a Suspended Imposition of Sentence (SIS) and were in fact convicted of the offense, you cannot now have the record of the conviction expunged unless you can show that you were wrongfully convicted.
