What would the cost be for a class 5 felony, possession of burglarious tools?

Assuming you mean possible penalty upon conviction, a term of imprisonment of
not less than one nor more than 10 years in the state penitentiary, or in the
discretion of the judge or jury trying the case, time in the local jail of up to
12 months or a fine of up to $2500, either or both. (See Va. Code Sec. 18.2-10(e).)
