Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
A couple of questions:
1. Can police pull over a vehicle on private property?
2. Must the law use blue lights to pull someone over?
3. Can police photograph me, my wife and my vehicle for the purpose of showing them to other officers so we can be watched?
Finally, can an officer pull me over with the 'come here' motion of the finger?
Thanks!

1. Likely depends upon how the "pull over" began".
2 The use of bar lights to effect a traffic stop is often a matter of local department policy.
3. I see no reason as to why not.
4. Not enough relevant facts to offer an answer.
