Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have a court date for possession of marijuana in 2 months, should I take a drug test now to prove that it was not my marijuana or should I just wait for my court date?

A drug test now won't prove anything of import. You were charged with possession, not having it in your blood. You do need to hire an attorney if you don't have one already, or ask for a court-appointed attorney if you can not afford to hire one. Good luck.
