Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Courthouse address spelled wrong on summons

I have court tomorrow morning for possession of marijuana. However, this is my first court date, so i plan on asking for a lawyer. However, the officer that was filling out the paperwork spelled the address of the courthouse wrong. I was just wondering if i could use this to my advantage in any way. He also got my hair color wrong as well as never reading my miranda rights to me. They found the marijuana on the ground near where my friend and i were sitting, but my friend did not get charged. They never saw the marijuana in my hands. What do you think?

Re: Courthouse address spelled wrong on summons

You'll be prosecuted and likely convicted in spite

of the wrong hair color and incorrect address for the courthouse.
