After a motion has been filed for a sentence reduction and the time period has ended for the U.S. Attorney to appeal, How long does the Judge have to sign his approval for the sentence reduction of the offender? Or do they have a time limit?

Merely because a motion to reduce a federal sentence has been filed and is apparently unopposed by the prosecutor, in no way means that the the judge is going to grant such a motion, and, if he or she does, the decision will not be constrained by any particular time frame of which I am aware.
