Credibility of witnesses
How much does credibility of the witnesses count in court cases? How do you get the jury to look at the credibility of the witnesses?

Quite a whole lot. Your whole case, in fact, could turn on this issue.
No effort required (to answer your second inquiry) since as human beings with (presumably) a reasonable amount of smarts and experience in judging the human condition, the jury is naturally attuned to the issue of witness credibility and they'll know it when they see or hear a witness who has that particular (and most esteemed) quality.
