Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
credit card fraud
can someone you where dating and living with charge you with credit card fraud if they authorized the use of such card and they made the payment themselves through a phone call or on a computer,but when you break up they get mad and call the police and charge you with credit card fraud and theft
?

Sure, such a someone can have his/her former significant other charged under the circumstances described if s/he can convince the local law enforcement authorities that such charge(s) should be filed. That does not mean, however, that the person so charged will be necessarily convicted, particularly, under the kind of circumstances which you've alluded to here in your question.
