Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Credit Card Help
when we were living together my now ex-boyfriend authorized a card for me off his credit card account. Now that we are split up he is telling me i have to repay what i spent on it even though that was never brought up when he gave me the card and he took my name off the account the day after i moved out.
m i legally responsible for repaying anything on that credit card account if i did not agree to in writing or verbally when i was given the card.

Re: Credit Card Help
You may not be legally obligated, you are morally,
unless your ex-boyfriend made it very clear to
you that each and every charge that you made on his card was to be a gift which by definition you would have no obligation to pay for.
