What is ''intent to defile'' as in '' abductionwith intent to defile, what is defile means here?

1. if this is a Virginia Law, then a Virginia lawyer and not a NY lawyer shopuld be answering.

It is likely that 'defile' refers to any touching or physical contact that is in any way sexual. It could be argued that exposing the person visually to matter of a sexual nature could be included in the definition.

Probably, something akin to the abducting one seizing his victim by force or violence with the intention of laying his grubby hands or other projectiled instruments either directly upon or in the private parts of the terrified and innocent abducted one who lies mostly helpless and defenseless against the abductor's unrelenting ravishments.
