Criminal Liability
Hey I'm a criminal justice student trying to find which federal title covers criminal liability any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Title 18 of the United States Code is the main federal title but there are also other related titles in the U.S.C. such as Title 21 which also deal with such criminal liability.

Title 18 is the main Criminal Code - but there are other criminal statutes scattered throughout the Code. For example, drug offenses generally are provided for in Title 21. You can do a full search of the United States Code online at http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/.
