Criminal Record
If a person has a criminal record from the past (as an adult)served their time & probation, and 15 years has passed, isn't there a form or process that can be filed to remove their criminal convictons from the public record? Only the police would have acces to the past record.

Re: Criminal Record
No, for those convicted in the Commonwealth, expungement of the criminal record is available only to those who can prove that they were unjustly convicted. Va. Code Secs. 19.2-392.2 et seq. (Expungement of police and court records.)
