Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
have no criminal record and scared
received a malicious wounding charge for a cat like scratch from my knife on persons neck....left a bar one night and was sexually groped from behind by another man.. he kept coming at me and in the process i put my pocket knife in my fist...no punches were thrown, i pushed him away and he received the wound. what am i looking at for consequences...again i have no criminal record and was defending myself
