Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Criminal record

I did 4 years horonably in the Marines. I got in some trouble before I came in. I have 4 misdemeanors. I had a job lined up but they withdrew my offer because of my criminal record. My question is can it get removed

You can get an expungement if the charges were either dismissed or dropped. No expungement for charges you were found guitly of, even if they were eventually dismissed after probation.

If you had only one misdemeanor conviction, as a first time offender, you might possibly get that removed from your record under Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2(F), but the removal of all four would simply not be possible(in my opinion).
