Criminal statutes of limitations
I would like to know what crimes, if any, have a statute of limitations in Virginia.

Virtually all crimes, whether misdemeanors or felonies, whether in Virginia or elsewhere, have statutes of limitations----except the crime of murder, which has no such limitation on its prosecution.
