i have d felony from 2001 and now iam sponser from a resturant and i have Q that can if apply for a green card so i will have any problem

Yes, if you've been convicted of a felony in 2001 and now want to have your employer sponsor you for a green card, you could have a problem, particularly, if it was a crime which immmgration authorities consider an "aggravated felony", which is usually sufficient to get one "booted", i.e., deported from the country.
