daghters boyfriends mother harassment

this women has been having our daughter followed pitchures taken of her car parked at friends house calling our house all hours of the night tonight three of them 12.30 1.14 1.25 she has caused more problems between the kids they are both over 18 years old our daughter can not sleep she is affraid to go to collage to friends houses or to a store a day does not go by that she does not report her where abouts to her son who then starts to question her in debth they broke up last night but went for dinner to talk things out he knows that his mother is causing 90 % of their problems what can I do to make her leave our daughter alone we live in the great state of VA its 1 58 in the morning and I am awake sitting here in the dark because she left a message that she was calling the police to come here to make her 19 year old son leave which I doubt they will respond too because of his age what can I do to protect our child

"What can I do to protect our child", you ask? Since this "child" is

apparently now over age 18, she's legally considered an adult, and if she feels that she's being stalked or subjected to other illegal behaviour, by her boyfriend's mother, then she should make a report to the local law enforcement auhorities and let them deal with it.
