Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Can I date her legally
I am 21 year old female wanting to date a 17 year old female in Virginia. Is this illegal in any way? I would like to know if there is any way of getting into trouble with the law before I date her. Also what are the legal rights in Texas for this situation? Thank you for your help I apreciate it.

Other than possibly being charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, I really can't think of anything else.
