Defrauded? Theft?

Someone sold me a busted computer and refuses to repair it or refund my money! What can I do?

If the computer was a private sale sold "AS IS, and without warranty of any kind, and the seller made no fraudulent nor misleading representations regarding its condition, you may be stuck and without a remedy.
