What's the difference in sentencing between a felony UUV and a misdemeanor UUV

The first could possibly mean some time for the defendant in a DOC correctional facility, i.e., the state penitentiary, whereas the latter might involve little or no time in the local jail facility and possibly, no jail time at all (depending upon the court and sentencing factors which the judge must consider) and merely probation with conditions (my opinion).
