Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
disclosing personal information
i was recently arrested in my home for possesion of marijuana. while being put in the car my nieghbor came out and asked an officer what was goin on. the officer told her that i had been arrested and also what i was being arrested for. is telling my nieghbor that information legal?
