Distrubing the Peace & scratching a car window
My husband yelled a women and scratched her window by mistake she pressed charges in civil and criminal court. She did not show up for court and charges were dismissed. Now 2 1/2 months later she filed the same charges again. Can she do that?

Yes, she can, as long as the original cases were not dismissed with prejudice
and she is still within the applicable statute(s) of limitations.
