DMV put wrong birthday
When I was 15 The DMV put the wrong birthday on my license. I asked them to change it but it went unchanged. I am now 21 and have renewed my license twice. everytime on the forms i put my correct birthday. I am trying to obtain a passport to travel abroad. Before I apply I wanted to know any trouble or possible penalties I could face when I try to (once agian) get my license corrected. I am now 21. thank you

Re: DMV put wrong birthday
I am not aware of any charges(federal or state) which could be brought against you(or penalties assessed) for the failure of the DMV to state correctly your date of birth on your driver's license.
