Drinking in Public

I was riding the metro train with

some friends and one of us had

snuck a beer on board. The officer

claims she saw me drinking from the

beer bottle and made me get off at

the next metro stop. The bottle was

not on me and she never inspected it

since she thought I had it on me,

but it stayed on the metro train.

She wrote me up for drinking in

public. I now have to go to court

and do not know what to do.

Better get a lawyer for this charge.

(Counties/cities appear to have local ordinances which treat it differently as a prosecutable matter.)
