i was driving in blacksburg,va and i was pulled for running a stop sign and no seat belt at the same time they got me for prossesion of marijuana that i did not know was in the car 2.8 grams the law states first time is 0 to 30 days in jail and up to a $500 one of my frineds i work with went threw the same thing and the judge let her off with 2 drug tests and a class and retricted drivers permit for 6 months what will happen to me when i go i corporated with the cops and let them search the vehicle i have a clean record never be in trouble for nothin

One of your first mistakes was allowing the cops to search

your vehicle after you were stopped.

Better get a lawyer to represent you on the marijuana charge.
