Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was driving a friend home and on the way back got pulled over for running a stop sign the officer asked if he could search my car i said yes because i thought i had nothing to hide my 21 year old friend i had just dropped off left an unopend container of beer in the back seat i was unaware of and when he found it i told him i dident know where it came from or whos it was(i just recently found it he left it there) and i honestly did not i have court soon for the traffic sign and underage possesion of alchahol what should i do
