Driving Violations
What are the usuall fines/punishment for wreckless driving: failure to maitan control? Or what is the usual outcome?

Quite often depends upon the court hearing the matter. In Virginia there about 15 different kinds of reckless driving, but all are Class 1 misdemeanors which carry a possible fine of up to $2500 and/or possible jail time of up to 12 months.
