I have been charged with a deffed finding could you
please tell me what that is.

A deferred finding generally means the court has continued the case to a later date with the intent of dismissing the case if you have been of good behavior (no offenses during that time) and on performance of certain required conditions.
Sounds like you may have been given the one year probation on a first offense marijuana charge. You only get that break once in Virginia.
