Drug chargeing

If there are 2 people in a hotel room but its not ether of there room and the owners not there and drugs are foundthe cops see its not our room at the front desk and only charges 1 us will them charges stick and i dont think u can charge only 1 person u gotta charge both right and if they did charge both will they still beat it cause its not there room

without more facts and relevant information.

However, one thing is very clear: whoever has been criminally charged in this incident should have an attorney ASAP who should be in a much better position than any BBS attorney in this forum to assess the strength of the Commonwealth's case and to plot the other tactics

necessary to effectively defend his or her client's case.
