Drug charges
I haven't been charged yet with the possession of schedule one narcotics but if I was set up how do I go about with the charges and court?

If you haven't yet been charged with anything, why worry about "what ifs"? If and when you're charged, then get a criminal defense counsel who can competently represent you and who'll know how to deal with your suspicions that you may have been "set up".
