my friend bought drugs off of a friend for someone else ;the so called friend was in a lot of trouble so he became a informant they say he was waring a wire & they said they have him on video my question is could they doctor the wire or video to make it look like my friend was selling insteed of buying and is it legal to put a wire or video into court evidence thank you so much

this is my soninlaw he is a good man & we just donot have all that kind of money to be able to help him please help

Yes, the investigating authorities would most certainly have the capability of "doctoring", to use your phrase, the video or audio evidence, but would have, as the peoples' seekers of justice, neither the motive nor the desire to do so.

And, yes, it is legal to admit video and/or wiretap evidence into a trial proceeding, provided that the proper foundation has been laid.
