Drug Laws in Federal Courts
Can a person be charged with conspiracy to distribute 50 and 500 g of methamphetamine, without any physical evidence, other than phone conversations pertaining to picking up money, is hearsay from 3 people that has took a plea and has to testify against them enough to sentence them?

Charging in an indictment is one thing; proving
the case against the defendant beyond reasonable doubt is quite another.
In regard to the former, the phone conversations which you have described would be enough for a grand jury to indict.
