Right to Drug Test

I have recently received a charge for the possession of marijuana. I was wondering if the court has the right to administer drug tests to adults.

The court itself doesn't administer drug tests to adult defendants charged with drug crime(s)under its jurisdiction, but has the authority to order that such defendants submit to such testing conducted by separate agencies or other organizations which are qualified to do so.
