Drug Tests
If i go to court tomarrow for possession of marijuana for less than a gram will they be able to test me on the spot with out any notice?

Yes, if the judge orders it. However, most judges are also aware that marijuana residues can remain
in the human body for some 30-60 days after the alleged user has stopped using.
