Drunk In Public Arrest

What is the best way to have this charge dismissed/reduced? And what is the likelihood (considering my record is clean, other than several speeding tickets 2+ years ago) of doing so?

A reduction in the charge depends on the circumstances surrounding the case. It is not a serious charge and it is one that could be resolved fairly easily.

Since DIP charges are no longer jailable offenses in the Commonwealth, your best approach is likely to just pay the lowest fine that the prosecutor is willing to accept in return for your no contest plea as it's unlikely that the charge would be reduceable to some lesser offense in your particular circumstance.
