dui/ possesion
my dad was aressted for dui(crack cocain) and possesion of what is called an 8ball and i want to know what how long and the laws on it here in virginia please help

Better ask you dad's attorney.(I've never heard
of an 8ball but am well aware of what it means to be behind one, such as your dad now appears to be.)
